LOS NACIMIENTOS is situated in Raxruhá, 115 km away from the city of Cobán, department of Alta Verapaz, and north of Guatemala City in America Central. 

Alta Verapaz is a region in which prevail most microclimates, the environment is tropical rainy and it is found at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level.

Our reception center is located at Hotel Cancuen, located in the main street of Raxruhá. 

HOW TO GET THERE?

By car or motor coach from Guatemala City: take highway CA-9 known as highway to the Atlantic until you get to El Rancho (a town located on Km. 85), follow the highway crossing to the left leading to Cobán (km 210). Once you have arrived in Cobán you will turn left just before Plaza Magdalena at the crossing leading to Chisec and Raxruhá, 115 kilometers away from Cobán.

Highway infrastructure is completely paved (be aware of steep curves and drive carefully when raining)
